They are recommended for healthy recipes, as they are rich in dietary fiber.<\/p>\n<p>An easily digestible grain, they can be added to salads, incorporated cooked into breakfast meals, combined with nuts and fruits, or used as a nutritious substitute for rice in soups. They are also the main ingredient for kollyva and for the traditional, wholesome dessert prepared in honor of Saint Barbara on December 4th.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Storage information:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe product is sold loose and placed in food-grade packaging.<br \/>\nFor optimal freshness, it is recommended to transfer it to an airtight container upon delivery.
