Wholegrain milling gives the flour a fuller texture and an authentic character.<\/p>\n<p>Wholegrain corn flour is a versatile choice for preparing both sweet and savoury recipes. It can be used in bread, cornbread, pies, cakes, biscuits, cookies, pancakes, doughs and other homemade baked goods.<\/p>\n<p>As corn flour does not provide the same elasticity as wheat flour, it can be combined with other flours in recipes that require more rising and a lighter texture.
