You have the right to return or exchange your entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. If the return is not made within 14 days, NutsBox.gr may not accept it.

To exercise your right of return or exchange, you must send an email to info@nutsbox.gr stating the reason for the return and attaching a photo of the fault or defective product.

Return of products due to defect or error

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 calendar days after receipt, so that we can proceed immediately with a refund or replacement.

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, without damage or alterations.
  • No quantity of the product should be missing.
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • You must send us photos proving the defect or shipping error.

In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product or refund your purchase amount.

Return procedure

To proceed with a product return, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@nutsbox.gr with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Please wait for confirmation from our team.
  3. Pack the product carefully and send it using the shipping method we will indicate, either by courier or via BoxNow to a post office box. We will provide you with all the necessary information during the return process.
  4. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will immediately inform you of the progress of the refund or product replacement.
Refund
  • If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned products.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used when making your purchase.
  • There may be bank delays in the refund appearing in your account.
