Description

Organic amaranth is a plant with a name of Greek origin. Its seeds are rich in protein and are considered a superfood among grains, as they contain more protein than most cereals and include two essential amino acids: lysine and methionine.

It can be cooked like rice, ground into flour, or popped like popcorn.
