Prices and Availability

Prices are listed in euros and include VAT. The prices listed on our website are valid for a maximum period of 15 days from the date of your order. Prices are subject to change during holiday periods and depending on the week the product is purchased.

Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, our products cannot be returned, except in the following cases:

• In case of incomplete or incorrect order delivery.
• In case of a defective product.

The return must be made no later than 14 days after delivery of the order to the address you have provided, either by visiting our store in person (within the above deadline) or by courier (and delivered to our company again within the above deadline). In this case, you will not be charged for shipping costs, provided that you choose the courier company that delivered your order. After receiving the return, we will check the product and inform you if you are entitled to a refund or replacement of your order.

We must also be notified in advance at info@nutsbox.gr.

Our products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the legal proof of purchase.

The refund or replacement of your order will be made immediately after consultation with you.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of the product.
